What is the Basics Program?
If you are a looking to try CrossFit out for the first time, then our CrossFit Basics program is for you! This is the best way to get a feel for what CrossFit can do for you.
Our Basics program is made up of three sessions (each is an hour and half)

- A coach will work with you to go cover the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit, plus other movements.
- They will also explain how to become efficient at the work, while at the same time keeping you safe by showing you good form in your movements.
- You will be introduced to different styles of workouts at the end of each session.
When is Basics?
Basics sessions run at the following times:
- Monday @ 7:00pm
- Wednesday @ 7:00pm
- Saturday @ 11:15am
- Sunday at by appointment
How much does Basics cost?
The cost for the Basics Program is $99.00
