What Classes are offered at CrossFit Indianapolis?

  • CrossFit Basics:  Our entry level classes to teach you safety and efficiency during your workout.
  • Open Gym:  Work on anything you need to work on. There is no programmed workout. Coach is available.
  • All Levels CrossFit:  The daily programmed Workout Of the Day.​
  • CrossFit Endurance:  This class is programmed with endurance based workouts only. Seasonal* (Usually runs from April - October)
  • Open Swimming:  at the Carmel High School Pool​ (temporarily unavailable due to COVID)
CrossFit Basics:  If you are a looking to try CrossFit out for the first time, then our CrossFit Basics program is for you.  You will meet the coaches and they will get you exposed to the movements of CrossFit.  This is the best way to get a feel for what CrossFit can do for you.

If you have already been involved in CrossFit, feel free to reach out to one of the coaches to schedule a time to stop by and try out a class.
