What Classes are offered at CrossFit Indianapolis?
- CrossFit Basics: Our entry level class to teach you safety and efficiency during your workout.
- Open Gym: Work on anything you need to work on. There is no programmed workout. Coach is available.
- All Levels CrossFit: The daily programmed Workout Of the Day.
- CrossFit Endurance: This class is programmed with endurance based workouts only. Seasonal* (Usually runs from April - October)
- Swimming Class and Open Swimming: at the Carmel High School Pool
