What Classes are offered at CrossFit Indianapolis?

  • CrossFit Basics:  Our entry level class to teach you safety and efficiency during your workout.
  • Open Gym:  Work on anything you need to work on. There is no programmed workout. Coach is available.
  • All Levels CrossFit:  The daily programmed Workout Of the Day.​
  • CrossFit Endurance:  This class is programmed with endurance based workouts only. Seasonal* (Usually runs from April - October)
  • Swimming Class and Open Swimming:  at the Carmel High School Pool​
