Class Flow

1. Whiteboard  Brief

We’ll start by reviewing the workout together at the whiteboard, so you know exactly what to expect.

2. Group Warm-Up

You’ll go through a guided warm-up with the class to prepare your body for safe, effective movement.

You’ll progress through the workout with full support, scaling and modifications are always available.
